Appearance: I guess Ashurii’s most noticeable feature would be her skin color. She has a dark chocolate colored skin color that runs in her family from the hard training they do in the sun. She has long, dark brownish black hair that goes down to about mid-back and is tied at the bottom with a small piece of bandage. She has long bangs in her front and side and they sometimes go in front of her eyes causing her to make a mistake. Her headband is black/grey on her forehead and a piece of bang usually covers her symbol causing confusion on where she is from. Her eyes are somewhat slanted with thick, long eyelashes. They are a dark brown. Her eyebrows are arched making herself look like she’s always intrigued even though she is not. She wears a brown half jacket that ends just above her belly button. The jacket has green cuffs and a green surrounding of the zipper. Her jacket is a small V-neck that does not show any cleavage. She wears bandages on her stomach and legs to hide cuts and bruises from the difficult training she endured in her village. She wears a skirt matching her jacket and it’s a little bit longer then a mini. She wears the traditional pouches and open toed sandals.
Personality: Ashurii is a very laid back character. She spends most of her days lazing around, snoozing on tree branches or training with her bo. Because of an ex-lover, she does not trust most people with her inner emotions, especially men. She has a bit of a cursing problem, and doesn’t like to be bothered by others especially when she is napping. She is a go with the flow type of person, and likes to travel around seeing new sights and fighting new people. As she was taught when she was little, she must never throw the first punch. She may instigate a fight through verbal abuse but she never attacks first.
Background: Ashurii had a pretty normal childhood. She was the only child in a small noble family that worked with bo’s. They are pretty strict and are very diligent when it comes to training and hard work. Ashurii spent most of her childhood either at the ninja academy or at home training. She passed the academy at age 12. She didn’t pass top of class, but she wasn’t a failure either. She was paired up with two other males and a sensei. The boys were named Shinrai and Fushigi. Fushigi is a mysterious boy who rarely talks and wears his headband over his eyes. Shinrai is a charming and handsome young man who is very flirtatious which can lead him to disloyalty. Ashurii fell for him at first sight. She clung to him and barely ever left his side. She truly thought she was in love. With their skills combined, they made a very good team. They passed the chunnin exams at age 15 after taking it three times before. Everything seemed to be perfect…until….their sensei, Kamo died on a mission along with two other Jounin. After that, the team sort of split up. Fushigi started only accepting lone missions, and Shinrai, whom she was currently dating at the time, ran off with a girl much prettier then herself. Heartbroken, Ashurii ran away, the only thing she brought with her was a bo called Utagau, meaning “distrust”. She continued to train herself to her full extent, wanting to become stronger. As she grew older, she matured more, slowly getting over Shinrai, but still not trusting anyone as much. She became much lazier and did not train as much. Because she left her village, she is a chunnin, but if she had more motivation, then she could go back and become a Jounin. Now, she spends her days, traveling from village to village, seeing sights and maybe accidentally getting herself into a fight or two.
