Name: Fuyuki Togusa (Fuyuki being the family name)

Appearance: Standing at 5'7, Togusa can hardly boast for his height, though he is hardly dwarfed by his fellow ninja. His hair is curiously shaped, one might say shaggy, others would say it's too deliberate and shaped to be shaggy. It is spikey, mostly to one side, and it reaches halfway down his neck. Over his silver goggles (which he normally wears just above his forehead) hangs a strand of hair over his face and down to his jaw. His hair is a dark, chocolatey-brown. Over his ears are headphones, the left phone has an antenna sticking out of it - the "headrest" of the headphones have two small antenna on them, toward the left side.
Around his neck, he wears a gasmask, which is a dark grey, with bright yellow lines on it (to give it "style", as Togusa claims), the bolts screwed into the mask are black.
Togi's face is quite gaunt, but his jaw is thick and his nose is rounded. His eyes are a light, glazed-hazel colour.
Togusa wears two shirts: one is a chain undershirt, which reaches up around halfway of his neck, all the way down to his wrists. This chainmail shirt is made of bronze. His overshirt is a dark-red. It is very loose, not even touching his neck but rather resting on the shoulders, at the point between the shoulder's end and the neck, and reaching down to around halfway down the forearm. The right arm of this shirt is broken halfway down the shoulder, and starts again just above the elbow. The break is trimmed with two thick metal rings, made of steel. The lower piece of the break holds to Togusa's arm by the steel ring being attached to the chainmail undershirt. Over his hands, he wears bronze, finger-cut chainmail gloves, which have steel plating over them.
He has a leather belt. His trousers are of the same material and colour as his shirt. These reach down to his ankles, however they appear to end just below the knees, where they tuck into his boots, which are made of leather. These boots have steel-plating over them, providing extra protection.
Weapons/Equipment:
-- Claw -- Togusa's main weapon is his claw. This claw is around a foot and a half long (1'6"). The claw is three seperate steel blades, which attach to a copper bladeholder, which straps to Togusa's right gauntlet.
-- Longknife -- Strapped to his lower-back (the sheath strapped to his belt) is Togusa's knife. Being only 10 inches (10") long, it serves only as a secondary weapon, or used for a clean kill in an assassination. The handle is made of marble, and shaped to make it appear twisted. The blade itself is very smooth, and sharp of course. It has been curiously forged, to appear to have a bluey tinge when looked at from a certain angle. Otherwise, it looks as though it has been made of copper or brass.
-- Kunai & Shuriken -- Standard ninja equipment, the pouch is attached to his right hip.
Signature Techniques: Honoo Tesaki no Jutsu (Flame Fingers Jutsu), Koumori Houkou no Jutsu (Bat Roar Jutsu).
Personality: Very level headed and down to earth, Togi is a laidback guy. Though some might consider him lazy, he's actually a hard-worker and an adventurer at heart. He often speaks before thinking, which can sometimes get him into trouble, as his thoughts are generally opinionated and - when with the fairer sex - perverted. He has a featherlight sense of humour, he'll giggle at the slightest thing. Don't let all this fool you into thinking he's completelly aloof, he can be extremelly serious, and is very competetive when it comes to rivalry.
Background: Son to a Chuunin mother and a Jonin father, and little brother to a jonin sister, it was clear that ability ran in the family, and unsurprisingly, Togusa rose to jonin at the age of 18. He has had quite an easy life - a good, well-kept family in a good, well-kept home. Relatively good grades in school, and passing each ninja-exam with relative ease (however, gaining the Jonin rank took two sittings of the exam).
He always looked up to his older sister, who, like him, had brown hair, and wore red clothing. He also trained under his older sister, when not being trained by his master. The only rough-time he could ever have had in life was during his training, one of his teammates was something of a bully, and would often mock Togi for his height (he was a short child). However this was a blessing in disguise, as it only served to make Togusa push harder and proceed quicker.
After his sister left to become a national representative of Sunagakure, he began to think of the world outside. His head became entwined with tales of the world beyond the desert. And as such, he now wishes to take any opportunity to leave the village to travel the world (a wish which may soon be granted.)
