Well, maybe I'm just being stupid again, but here it goes...
I still don't have any character with a Kekkei genkai, and in the future I'll be creating one (before that, I'll have two others. They're normal, don't worry). Should I create first the Character or the Bloodline Limit?

you cannot create a jutsu until the character themself has been created so the character will have to be created first. Incidently, you cannot mention the Kekkei Genkai in your background as it must be approved as a jutsu first!

That's quite a conundrum, Ikara...sometimes Kekkei Genkai's can be very crucial to a character's backstory.
Heck, even the canon characters with Kekkei Genkai's have the ability significantly affect their past (Sasuke, Kimimaru, Haku, the Hyuuga cousins, etc.)
Still, I can see your reasoning for this, can't accept characters with abilities if you aren't sure that the ability (or character) is going to follow the rules just yet.

Now this gives us a problem... The only sollution I see clearly now is create the character, then create the Kekkei Genkai and after that, edit the character's profile again, but that's a heck of a pain...

Well... This was only for that favour you asked me a few months ago... Probably I didn't needed to post it as a character around here...

The reason for this is to stop Mary-Sueing. It's rather tedious having a lot of characters all with a tragic past caused by their Kekkei Genkai. It also stops the overuse of KG as, if every character has one, it takes away their uniqueness. @akula - i'll PM you to discuss that
