Can we use Justus that already exist in Naruto (like Bun-shin no Jutsu)?

you can use existing jutsu from Naruto but only 1 or 2 and not techniques such as Chidori which have specialist requirements for them (eg. Chidori requires Sharingan) and keep within your elements.
You specified in your profile that your characters element is water so only water-elemental jutsu will be available to her.
Also, clan based techiques and Kekkei Genkai are prohibited. You can't use the Shadow binding techniques of the Nara clan nor Haku's Ice Crystal ability.

Well you don't need to fill out the format for original jutsu;
just list them in your jutsu application form and i'll check em out!
