~ MODERATORS WANTED ~

Hello again!
As you can tell from the title of this post, I am in want of some moderators for the site. Now pay attention-- this is a precious process. lol XD
Okay, then. If you'd like the job, all you have to do is answer a few questions for me and post them here. (Post both the question and your answer, please).
The deadline is... well, I'll make an announcement when it nears, so... yeah. In the meantime, just chill.

The questions are as follows:

1. How many days a week would you be able to log onto Kenran no Shinobi?
2. Try to judge, on a scale of 1 to 100, your knowledge of Naruto.
3. Write a 60 (minimum) word promt on why you think you'd make a good moderator.
4. Write a 60 (minimum) word summary of your personality.
5. Tell me what you think your duties are as mod.

^^ There you have it. You'll have plenty of time, so use it wisely.

NOTE: Right now, I'll only be accepting 2 applications. That means that, for now, I'm only taking 2 new moderators. Try hard!

Since I joined Kenran no Shinobi I have been on most days for most of the day. I try to follow the rules you made to the best of my ability. I have had a position I think might have been harder then being a mod. before and I was told that I did a pretty good job. I may not have ever been a mod. before but I think I could do a good job. Plus most people think I am smart and some think I am responsible. I can make dicisions(sp?) on my own in a dangerous situation. No idea what that has to do with being a mod. but i need something to make this 150 words. I do not think I would ever let the power go to my head. I still dont know what that has to with being a mod. but I have to make it 150 words.

4. Write a 200 word summary of your personality.
In general I am a nice person. I get along with most people and I am fine with bending the rules a little, but not breaking most rules unless i think they are stupid. I am not a very big detail person when it comes to most stuff but if i need to be i can be. I can be overly critical but thats mostly to my own work. If i do not like something or i think that it does not follow a rule I am not afraid to tell them. Mostly what I dont like is people being in disappointed in me and because of that i keep from doing over the top things. If it helps that I have not done drugs, then I haven't. Truelly I haven't. Sometimes I can be to nice for my own good, but as far as i can tell thats not a bad thing. I can be forgetfull. Nothing I can really do about that. Another thing I do not like doing is asking questions, to anyone, it makes me feel stupid. If i can say something in five words just as well as i could say it in twenty, i will say it in five. If i dont want to do something I am lazy, but for some reason i cant do anything slowly.

5. Tell me what you think your duties are as mod.
I think the dties of a mod. are to give helpful advice and inform someone if they are breaking a rule. Not so much as yelling at them but like you do, telling them what it is and suggesting how they can fix it. Other then that all i can think of is that it depends on what you're the mod. for.

*Sighs. All right, here it goes...

Probably everyday, but I can only assure 5 to 6 days.

2. Try to judge, on a scale of 1 to 100, your knowledge of Naruto.

Hmm… That’s a hard one… Maybe 85 or near that.

3. Write a 150 word promt on why you think you'd make a good moderator.

Probably I wouldn’t be an excellent moderator, because I’ve never been a moderator before (sorry, got to be honest). But I learn and work quite fast, and generally I don’t mess up, though I admit it can happen (I’m kind of clumsy when I’m nervous, that’s a fact ^^”). I work hard, and I got an eye for details (at least that’s what I’ve been told). I’m fair with everyone, and I never make a decision without hearing all the pros and cons. I like to help people, and I try to speak/write in a way that anyone could understand (I mean, what’s the point in using 100 expensive words if most people won’t understand what I’m saying?). If it’s needed, I can make decisions on the moment (fast, I mean). Other than that, I would also like to be (more) a part of Kenran no Shinobi.


4. Write a 200 word summary of your personality.

o.Ó This is just too much for my ego… I shouldn’t talk so much about myself -.-

All right… I’m a perfectionist, and I worry too much about details, little stuff that could pass for “unimportant” to others. But I know how to see when I’m exaggerating, and when I realise I’m pushing it too much I stop immediately what I’m doing and cold my head down (because I know how annoying it is when a perfectionist is taking something too far).
I think I’m a nice person, and I get along with everyone (unless people don’t want to. But that’s another business). Sometimes I get lazy (guilty -.-) and in those times there’s almost nothing that can get me to work again. But that doesn’t happen very often. I forget things quite fast if I don’t solve them in the moment, so I solve all my/others problems in the moment I find them, otherwise I won’t remember later.
One of my biggest defects (that sometimes ends to turn out a quality) is that if you want to convince me that I’m wrong you have to prove it. But, when I realize I’m wrong, I just admit it and try to use it for future situations.
I follow the rules, and I like when people do the same. I never get mad with anyone, unless if people push me tooooooo hard. I try to help others as much as I can, even if I have to spend days doing that for the same person. I can’t stand seeing other with problems and do nothing.
And I’m not going to say anything else for now. ^^

5. Tell me what you think your duties are as mod.

Well… I must admit I don’t really know what a moderator is, but it sounds like it’s someone that keeps things in order and under control. For what I’ve seen until today, they help when there’s a question around (specially giving support to the newbies) and have to help to maintain the rules respected by everyone (that, to avoid problems of any kind). But that’s what I think! ^_^:
