I've noticed that a great deal of you are rejecting my 60-word rule, and honestly, I'm not happy about that. 60 words is hardly anything at all; I actually thought that I was being lenient.

The problem with most of your posts is that they lack description, or things just seem to happen out of the blue, without any explanation of thought from your character. If we want to look professional, certain standards must be met. These are just a few.

I've been doing nothing but sending small reminders to you in your threads, but that appears to be futile. From now on, I'd like to see the 60-word rule put into serious action. Failure to do so will result first in a warning.

I'd hate to have to ban any accounts for any period of time.

So, sorry to get all drill-sergent like this, but something had to be done.

If you don't know what to write just expand more on what your character is thinking and/or feeling. ^-^

60-words is very generous, most of my other RPGs call for 2 full paragraphs.
And if you're in a hurry just wait for a better time or note somewhere ooc in your post saying that your not done and edit it when you have more time :3

About how explaining about your character's feelings, you can describe how they think about the ninja their interacting with.

Well it was a bit strange coming from one of my other latest rps, The Avatar Rp, which is 600 characters minimum, and most people do about 1K at the very least, to come to here with like 1 line posts. I was used to doing 2K-4K posts, so I'm glad this rule is being more strongly inforced. In posting bigger is better. To a certain extent.

Guys, look it's not that hard to write a long post, In combat all I do is do one paragraph on my characters reaction to the other charcter's attack. So every little detail of how they dodge it etc. Then another paragraph on some thoughts, them assessing their opponent, wondering what to do next etc. Then one paragraph on your character retaliating. I often do more, but that's an easy guideline to follow to make a longer post. And remember, describe every tiny thing that you character does. And if you use a jutsu you can explain it.
Ie. Naruto crossed his hands into a hand sign and concentrated on his chakra, grasping it with his mind and controling it.
"Shadow Clone Jutsu!"
he yelled, focussing his chakra into his hand sign at that very moment. Naruto smiled now he would have twenty odd 'helpers', that would be a welcome boost in this battle. Or for Sasuske Describe that by activating his Sharingan he could now analyse his opponent's strategy and find a weakness etc.

And don't worry if you find it hard at first, it takes a little practise to get it up big, so just push yourself and gradually you will improve.
