Well, here I am to be obnoxious again, woe and behold. :3 But anyways, I had 'ought to get to the point. I think it'd be really cool if there were missions, but I can understand right off the bat how working out an efficiant system for them would be... well... difficult, so once I ponder a bit more about better ideas for that, I'll blather on about that then.
As for Chuunin / Jounin exams, I think that'd rock sox. Maybe there could be something like one Chuunin / Jounin exam every month or two months, each lasting three days to a week? Hmm... my planning etcetera is a bit vague on this idea, too, but... pft. I don't know, I think it'd be pretty cool, but only as long as it wasn't just some "random let's try the Chuunin / Jounin exams whenever I please" kind of thing, I think it'd be better if it were actually dated since it's just flat-out more organized that way, and in addition it's more eventful. :3 Hmm... just a thought, though. Of course, if it went down that way I think the dates should be marked on the calendar in order to eliminate a degree of confusion. I also think that if this were to happen, someone like a moderator or something should be placed in charge to watch over the exams sort of like Anko, Genma, etc. (not with those characters or anything, I'm just stating them as an example) mainly to make sure that nothing extensively unfair happens.
