It seems that everyone is very excited about this teams thing.
I'm going to give a "suggestion". From every forums I've been in, there was only one with a team organization that pleased me (a Brazillian one, so I'd better not even try to leave the link). If you're not to advanced with teams, this is what it was like:
Everyone started up as a gennin (there were only a few exceptions - a Jounnin for each team), and characters could only get stronger throught training and missions. If you have it already worked up, don't even waste time reading all of this (unless you want to see if there's something you can use).
This is how it was:
Character's growing: Characters can only grow through missions and training, earning points and capacities.
After completing a mission or a training, the Jounnin responsible for the team would evaluate it and, depending on each character's performance, they could earn a scroll or not. The number of scrolls equals your number of jutsus (except for initial jutsus), so, everytime you earn a scroll, you can learn a new jutsu. New jutsus can't go against the character's chakra nature (if the chakra nature of your character is fire, he/she can't perform an earth technique).
Jutsu:Each character starts up with 5 jutsus (all of them basic jutsus from the Academy) plus a basic jutsu (E-rank). This gives a total of 6.
While growing, a gennin can have at max 10 jutsus, no matter if you gathered more than 10 scrolls.
Training and missions: You can train alone or with your team. Trainings and missions are always evaluated by the Jounnin responsible for the team. All missions must be doneas a team, never only by one character. If you have a suggestion for a mission, you can leave if for moderation.
Filler section: Here you can insert daily moments of your characters. In any moment, posts must follow the plot and the character's profile.
This was only the basic rules section. Probably posting anything further than this would be only a waste of space here, so I didn't even bothered posting it.
Probably this won't be of any use, but even that way I thought some of these points could be of some help. Perhaps something you're still working up or something.
Anywho, I already know that you're working hard on teams, so don't get mad at me for posting this here, alright? Peace.
