I dunno if this has been suggested already but how about a genin test to determine 'scores' for all the genin so that they can be put into even teams?
Here's my Idea for the test.
How about, it's out of 100 right. 100% Would be like Neji. 90-95% Would be like Sasuke. etc. 50% is a pass and 60-65% is about average. People put up a score at the top of their first post saying what score they think their character would get and the reasons why. The score isn't just about knowledge it's overall how good of a ninja they are.
Then the 'teacher' played by one of the mods, then administers a set of tests and the people reply with how their character would do on them. Things like creating 3 replicas etc. Then at the end the mods go through the reasons the tests and the suggested scores and maybe tweak the suggested scores a little if they think it's not quite right (i.e someones over powering their character) and give the 'student's' their final scores. These will then be used to form the teams. But we would have to regulate it so that most of them get around 60-65%.
