(On the training grounds) Kasuga got up and still felt very sore and tired, but she shook the feeling off as she saw her teammate Haruka still lying down. "You did well, teammate," Kasuga decided to leave a note: Meet you at Ichiraku. -Kasuga She then left the note next to Haruka and wobbled to Ichiraku.
(Ichiraku) Kasuga was sitting in one of the chairs, not ordering anything until her friend came. She stared out at the path every so often and waited.

"KASUGA-CHAN!!!" Haruka yelled up the path to the ramen shop. She was feeling much better, and her wounds were dressed. She took a seat next to her friend, "You felling better?" she asked. The battle between the two of them had been a rough one and she was quit worried. Kikia chirped happily and flew up to Kasuga and landed on her hand. Haruka laughed.

"Yes, I am feeling a lot better and now that you came, I'll probably feel very good," Kasuga laughed and noticed the bird fly towards her head, "do you feel better?" Kasuga asked, "and how is your other huge bird?" she asked worried as she thought about her ape.

Haruka smiled gently. That was the first time she had heard Kasuga laugh. "She's doing good. A little bruised, but she'll be flying again in no time. And you're ape?" Kikia flew back over to Haruka's shoulder and bit at her ear again. It seemed to be the way that he showed his affection. She ignored it as best she could, "I'll have some chicken ramen please." she said to the man at the counter.

"I'll have shoyu ramen, thank you," Kasuga said, "this place always makes me light-hearted somehow, it's probably one of the reasons why I stayed here," she told Haruka, "my ape is fine so far, it'll probably be better by tomorrow as long as I don't summon it for now," Kasuga was glad she didn't injure Haruka's bird too much.

"That's good." Haruka looked out into the street behind her, "I've alway thought that this town was really busy and full of life. But sometimes i have the urge to go to my old village." She turned back and her ramen had been placed in front of her. She rubbed her hands together and grabbed a pair of chopsticks. She gave a noodle to Kika and he ate much like a worm. He chirped again happily.

"Not me," Kasuga said quietly and hoped that Haruka didn't hear her as she saw her own ramen in front of her. She grabbed some chopsticks and started to eat her ramen. She looked at the bird and looked at it for a while before eating her ramen again.

"Hm? Did you say something?" Haruka asked. She was almost sure that she had heard her mumble something, but decided to ignore it. "Well, bottoms up!" She slurped up a quarter of her ramen. "So... i'm stil curious, you said at our first battle that you didn't want to talk about you're last name. Why not?" Haruka didn't mean to pry but she was a very curious person.

Kasuga stopped eating her ramen and looked at Haruka, "Let's just say I don't have one..." Kasuga said simply as she started eating her ramen again. She didn't blame Haruka for being curious, but she wasn't ready to talk about it just yet.

"I get it. You don't have to tell me. But there will come a time you will, i'm sure of it." Haruka stared into her bowl of ramen. Almost all the noodles were gone and almost only the broth was left. She looked at her reflection, which she hated to do since it reminder so much of her sister. She slammed the bowl down angerly.

"It seems we are not so different after all," Kasuga said when she noticed Haruka slem the bowl. Kasuga thought that Haruka might have problems in her past too. She ate more noodles and put her remaining chicken on a plate.

Haruka looked up at her surprised at her comment. "Maybe not..." she said looking back down. Kikia was attempting to cheer her up by grabbing her hair with his feet and trying to fly away, but it wasn't working. Haruka slumped on the table, pushing her bowl in front of her. She buried her head in her folded arms.

Kasuga looked over by Haruka noticing that she wasn't as happy as she used to be. Kasuga got out some money and paid for both of their ramens since she did owe Haruka. "Let's go somewhere that is less crowded," Kasuga offered.

Haruka took her head out of her arms and nodded, not evening looking up. "Thanks for paying." she thanked solemly, manageing a small smile. She stood up and grabbed her bag off the floor and slung it over her sholder. Kika tried again, pecking her gently on the forehead. Haruka waved at her to stop. "So, where to?" she asked.

"You're welcome; how about by the hill?" Kasuga asked, already heading towards there. But she looked at Haruka to make sure she was okay with it. If she had another place to go to, Kasuga was all ears for it.
