This was a life and death situation, I couldn't drop my weapon, or it would turn back to a normal kunai. I gripped my hands tighter around the katana.
"Put her down first, then we will drop our weapons." Yuo said, standing confidently beside me. He looked over at Haruka and frowned.
"Hang on Haruka, if she let's you go, I promise, I'll be right there." Yuo thought.
Yukio nodded.
"Drop her, then we drop our weapons." Yukio said sternly. Everyone was confident except me. I was afraid that Juni would harm Haruka, or my brother.

Juni's smile faded. "I'll drop the knife but that's my finally offer, then we can negotiate..." Her grey eyes flashed with hatred towards Yuo. Though she may have wanted to kill her sister she was still very prtective of her. She had seen what the last boy had done to her brain, and she'd rather it not happen again. When she killed her, she didn't want her mind to be somewhere else.

I trembled uncontroably. I was failing to stand tall and stick up for Haruka. I fell to my knees and dropped my katana.
"Drop it, now." Yuo ordered, flashing the same look of hatred toward Juni.
"Hang in there Haruka, please, just until I can rescue you." Yuo thought. He looked at Haruka for a moment, then looked back at Juni.
"Now!! he ordered.
Yukio bared her teeth at Juni, ready to attack any minute. Yukio didn't like anyone messing with her friends.
"I hope Juni doesn't hurt Haruka-chan, Yuo would be mortified." Yukio thought.

Juni snickered, watching the first young one fall to her knees, almost as if she was begging. "Fine fine... we both drop them on three." she brought it away from Haruka's neck, revealing the small cut near her jawline. "One, two, three." She releaed the kunai and it clinked mindlessly to the ground. Now she just had to hope that they held up on there end of the bargain. But she wasn't too worried; they seemed like such goody goodies, they probably would.
Haruka felt Yuo look at her, both anger and worry flashing in his eyes. She looked at the stree guiltily. She had done him wrong, and she knew it, he knew, Shizuke knew it, but most importantly Juni knew it. And she would be sure to take atvangtage of it.

Yuo dropped his katana and it fell to the ground. He watched Haruka intently.
"Stop sitting there Haruka, you need to react." Yuo thought.
My katana was a kunai again and I continued to tremble.
"I need to move, now!" I thought. I jumped up and took my kunai in my hands. It was instantly a katana again and I ran at Juni.
"You put her down now!! So I don't have to inflict damage!" I exclaimed.
Yukio was off, right behind me, she herself knew that whenever I took off running it meant that I had something I had to do.
Yuo watched for a few seconds then was off with his katana in his own hands.
"I'm going to rescue you Haruka-chan, whether you want me to or not!" Yuo exclaimed.

Haruka could almost read Yuo's gaze. It was as if he were urging he to try and do something. She nodded, not sure if he could know what it ment.
"Oh, dear..." Juni sighed falsely. "And i had so hoped that we could work this out." As they began to charge her, she held Haruka firmly infront of her, "Now now... settle down... you wouldn't want to go hurting dear Haruka now, would you?" The human shield tactic. She had used it many times before, and it was quite enjoyable.
Seeing her chance now as to act while Juni was relaxed slightly, she twisted around within her sister's grasp. She faced her now. She took the heel of her palm and thrust it upwards at her nose. It was enough to have Juni back off and release her. She ran back to the group, hoping they would now hault their charge. She now noticed that Kiro had left, most likely for help.

Yuo put his katana back in its sheath and pulled Haruka into his arms.
"Are you ok?" he asked her, keeping a firm grip on Haruka. He puled her up against his chest and held her there tightly.
"I'm sorry, for pushing you Haruka. It's my fault you were attacked." Yuo apologized. I didn't stop my attack at all. I ran straight at Juni now that Haruka was free. I was determ,ined to mortally wound Juni, so she would stay away from Haruka.
Yukio followed behind me, ready to back me up. I knew I had two more friend that could help.
"I hope I can call on Yuuhi and Saeko at any moment." I thought.

Haruka was enveloped into Yuo's tight grip. She tried to squirm out but then the appologies came and she knew she couldn't stay made. "You didn't do anything, it was my own fault for wandering off on my own." she squeezed him back, the true fear she had been feeling the last few minutes spilling down her face in the form of tears.
Juni wept the blood now spilling from her nose. "You little dog!" she yelled angerly, pulling out three arrows and aiming them for Haruka. But her attention was quickly drawn to those continuing to charge. She aimed them skillfully, infusing a bit of her chakra to them so she could redirect them if needed. The string was released and they went flying towards Yukio and Shizuke.

Yuo could see Haruka's tears and he held her closer, not tighter.
"It's ok, it's ok." he said to her, closing his eyes and trying to stop her tears from flowing down.
I stopped and watched as the arrow flew at me. I used a substitution jutsu and appeared behind Juni. I took a swing at her back.
Yukio subsituted herself with a long also and appeared on one side of Juni.
"You leave her alone." Yukio ordered.

"I'm sorry..." Haruka mumbled, her speech even more muffled by being in his shirt. "I'm sorry... I'm sorry..." she just continued repeating this over and over again. What she was trying to say was 'I love you,' but that stupid switch in here head was changing here words.
Juni wagged her finger disapprovingly. "Uh uh uh..." She dropped downward and there in the street was a pool of water. It had been a water clone the entire time. Yet, the arrows had still been shot. From her hiding spot, Juni redirected the arrows around, on speeding towards Yukio, the other from behind Shizuke.

"Shh, it's ok. It's ok Haruka-chan." Yuo said. He ran his hands through her hair, trying to quiet her down.
"Please, calm down." Yuo said to her.
"You're fine now, you're not in any danger here." Yuo said, trying to remind her that she was in his arms.
I turned and poofed away again.
"That was close!" I exclaimed. I came up behind her and ran at her again. Yukio did the same, coming from Juni's other side this time.

[well, juni's in her hiding place, which i haven't revealed, and since you didn't say that you sensed her chakra, i'm going to have her somewhere else. sorry]
Haruka began to calm down, though she was hyperventilating from crying so much. She brought her head up to look at him. 'Why did i set those stupid limits?' she thought. But her thoughts were quickly interupted when she was kicked in the back.
Juni smirked. It was a square hit. She pulled out a two kunai and thrust on at each of them, one towards her sister, one at this boy she called Yuo.

Yuo felt Haruka kicked into him and he fell back with Haruka. Yuo scurried to his feet and picked Haruka up.
"Come on Haruka-chan!" he exclaimed as he ran off, trying to escape the kunai.
"I've got to save her, save!" Yuo thought.
When I saw Yuo and Haruka running I turned and ran toward that general area. Yukio followed behind me.
"Get away from them!" I exclaimed.
"You leave our friends alone!" Yukio yelled.

Haruke fell on top of Yuo, but was quickly pulled back up against her will. They ran, and she was barely able to keep up with him, but she did. She was used to running away from Juni from her life. It always seemed that after they ran, she disappeared and wouldn't appear for another few weeks.
Juni smirked at Shizuke as she ran by, seeing as she wasn't following them in pursuit. "I think that little threat should do for now..." she mumbled, more to herself than anything. "I'm not completely heartless... i can give her a little time to do what she wants..." And wit that, she disappeared.

Yuo stopped running and turned around.
"Are you ok Haruka-chan? Did the kunai hit you?" Yuo asked.
I caught up to them within seconds.
"Are you guys ok?" I asked. Yukio crashed into me and then backed up.
"We're fine, but that about you guys? did she do any damage to you?" Yukio asked. I was glad to see that Haruka and Yuo were back with each other. Yuo wrapped his arms around Haruka again.
"Haruka-chan, thank you." Yuo said.
