"I'm fine. I'm fine..." Haruka answered, but all the question were coming so quickly, it was hard to answer them all at once. She was just about to try again but she was pulled into a tight hug by Yuo. He thanked her, though she didn't know why. "For what?" she said, not hugging him back, but not pushing away either, "For running off like the idiot i am?"

"No, for coming back." Yuo said.
"You didn't hesitate in running for safety and you didn't run from my arms." Yuo said.
"I thought you were angry with me! Upset with me! But you still came back." Yuo said, holding her tightly.
I smiled.
"See, he really does love you Haruka-chan." I whispered to her.

Haruka finally managed to pass her little limit and hugged him back. The switch was hard to hold back on and she quickly released him and stepped back to smile up at him. "I wasn't angry with you. You were fast asleep. Shizuke on the other hand--" she shot her a glare, "Was wide awake and lecturing me..."

I sighed and quickly ran off to hide.
"But, you didn't even wake me." Yuo said sadly.
"I thought you ran because you were angry with me. And I got a bit upset." Yuo admitted. He hugged Haruka again.
"But I still love you like the world!" Yuo exclaimed. I chuckled.
"See!"" I exclaimed.

"Shizuke, shut up..." she mumbled, wrapping her arms around Yuo's back. Her eyes closed. "I didn't want to wake you Yuo... i thought you might... oh never mind..." she quickly tried to change the subject. "And do you have to call me Haruka-chan all the time?" She found the name very flattering, but it got sort of old after awhile.

"Sorry, it's a habit." Yuo replied. He chuckled and smiled.
"Would you rather me just call you Haruka? Or Haruka-san?" Yuo asked her.
I laughed.
"It's not my fault!" I exclaimed, waving my hands around.
Yukio laughed.
"Haruka-chan and Yuo!" Yukio laughed.

"Haruka is fine. If you really have to sometimes, you can call me Haruka-chan." She said with a smiled. "Just don't wear it out." She poke him on the nose. "So, we should get going. It's not exactly safe to stay in one place after an attack like that. I've learned." She walked around him casually, hoping that the other's would follow.

Yuo forced a smile on his face.
"Ok, Haruka." Yuo said a bit glumly. He enjoyed calling Haruka, Haruka-chan, he had grown to enjoy it alot.
I was already off along with Yukio.
"Hurry up you two!" I exclaimed, waving my hand in the air.
"Yes! Hurry up!" Yukio exclaimed happily.

Haruka sighed and gave him a concerned look. "Come one Yuo, don't be depressed about something like... my name." she said. She reached over and took his hand in her own, rubbing her thumb on the back of his hand. "It's not that big a deal, it's just i prefer my normal name." She smiled up at him. "We're coming, Yukio. Just be patient." she aswered her quickly after this.

"Fine." Yuo said stubborning, walking ahead and pulling Haruka along. Yuo was unhappy again.
I sighed and rolled my eyes.
"Like you two would ever come!" I exclaimed. Yukio laughed.
"I'm not a patient person! You should know that!" Yukio exclaimed.

Haruka looked down sadly. Why was is such a big deal to him? It was only a name. She walked silently, for she could find no arguement. He was being so brisk, much different from the other Yuo she had seen only minutes before. She couldn't help but feel guilty. She liked when he called her Haruka-chan, it was just that is got sort of old and worn out after awhile.

Yuo let go of Haruka's hand and ran up behind me. He picked me up and swung me around so I face him.
"Shizuke-chan!" he exclaimed happily, swinging my around in circles.
I screamed and hugged Yuo tightly.
"My nii-san!" I laughed. Yukio jumped on Yuo's back and laughed.
"Haha!" she laughed.

Haruka smiled slighly, walking slightly behind he scene. What she wouldn't give to have a functional family, someone to hug now and then, someone to say 'Hey, welcome home! I missed you.' after a long mission. But most of all, someone to say, 'You're not insane. I'm proud of what you do, regardless how crazy it is.' But that would never happen.

Yuo swung me up onto his shoulders and carried me along. He seemed to be ignoring Haruka now.
"Yuo-kun! What on earth!?" I exclaimed.
"Oh give it a break Shizuke-chan, I'm your brother." Yuo laughed. I laughed again and hung on tight to Yuo. Yukio laughed and walked beside Yuo and me, seeming to forget about Haruka behind her.
"Yuo-senpai! You haven't carried Shizuke like that since she was young!" Yukio exclaimed.

Haruka continued to walk silently. It seemed as if they had completely forgotten her presence. 'A happy family...' she thought to herself as Shizuke laughed, riding playfully on Yuo's shoulders. She considered walking home, knowing they probably wouldn't realize her exit, but for some reason she couldn't bring herself to leave. So, she watched from a few feet behind.
