Kyokki watched out over all the different people, wondering about their lives. Did the children have a best friend who they built sand castles with on the academy playground? Did the ANBU at the village gate have children, husbands wives, girlfriends or boyfriends? Aunts, sisters, mother, fathers? Did the man walking at the base of the moutain with a rose have somewhere special he was going? Some one he was going to. she loved the way you could feel and be connected to people without them ever knowing.

Naito smiled as he played the flute he looked as he saw so many things he looked and saw his home and behind it the old burial ground he looked and saw his mother knealing by the grave of his father he stoped and shed a single tear picked it up and played a sad tune one that he had wrote the day his father deid he played it and as he did his mother looked up but didnt know where the sound emited from

Kyokki turned around at the change in tune and saw the tear.

"Naito-kun?" she asked softly, hesitent to voice the question her brain was asking. She tried to look where he was, and searched for the source of his grief.

It took her a while, but eventually she saw a woman standing in a kind of graveyard. She wondered if he knew her, but didn't dare ask. Gently she reached up to touch his shoulder with her fingertips.

Naito suddenly stoped as he was touched on the shoulder by kyokki he said "That is my mother down there by my fathers grave"he was a little sadend his mother always went out in the rain and sheltered the graves so as not to alow them to be wet she treated them with as much respect when they were dead as they were alive

On impulse she gave him a quick, tight hug. I'm sorry wouldn't really cut it here, she knew, but it was also the only thing she had to say. As the words left her lips, she hoped he would hear all the other meanings and feelings underneath them.

"Naito-kun, whats your mother like?" She hoped she hadn't asked the wrong thing.

He smiled as he blushed slightly and said "She is very sweet and caring I havnt meet a sweeter woman in all my life sure she is very strict when it comes to her rules she wont tolerate disobediance but if you listen to her she would protect you and care for you no matter what"he was happy thinking of his mother and said"she has never forgoten our father"

"She sounds a lot like my Aunt," Kyokki smiled at him softly, "like the kind of person I'd like to meet someday. And if she's anything like her son, I'm sure she's wonderful."

She looked down again as the woman covered the graves, moving efficently with out a move wasted. She wondered what it was like having Naito-kun, Hikari-san, and Ai-chan as children. Wonderful but difficult would be her best guess.

She brushed away the long bangs that were pastered infront of her eyes, trying to mirror Chikara-san's careful deliberance. She found she couldn't.

Naito let out a grin from his face and said "I remember as a child she was always on me and Hiakri about our chores so much so she said "For every two miuets we did not do them we had to do ten push ups so when we finnaly did them a hour latter my mother made us do them all without any breaks but when me and him booth passed out she picked us up and put us in bed and kissed us booth good night"

"Definately bachan's kind of woman," Kyokki laughed, "except I always new how to worm my way out of physical punishment at least. Grounding, no. Push ups, yes. Hopefully Ai-chan leanred from you two to just get it done, huh?"

Kyokki smiled at him. She thought Ai-chan seemed like the kind of person who would do things that way anyway.

Naito smiled as he said "Aishiteru use to be bad but then began to understand it unlike us we were bad for the longest time till she said 'would you still act like this if your father was around'thats when it hit us that she didnt do this out of pleasure but out of love and respect for our father"he felt a small grin come on his face

Kyokki nodded slightly, and looked back at the view. She was momentarily dizzy, and grabbed Naito-kun's hand for support.

She looked out for a few more seconds, and then said in a small voice, "I think I'm ready to go back down, now. And if I try to get down there myself, I'll fall and crack my head open..."

he nodded and said "then ill get you down slowly and safely"he picked her up and threw down sevral kunais this time he held her infront of himself he held her with his left arm as he slowly scaled down the mountain he gently lowered them using his right hand while hold her against himself with his left he was begining to sweat trying to not lose control of his body as he reached the bottom of the mountain he breathed hevily still suporting her

Kyokki pressed herself close to him as they went down. She could feel his arms shaking slightly as they reached the ground. He was sweating and panting.

"I'm sorry," she apologized for the millionth time that day, "I got dizzy and I kind of freaked. I swear, next time bachan starts on one of her rants, I won't listen to her."

Naito looked at her and shook it off saying "dont you worry about it it was nt like you planned it besides it was good practice"he colapsed to his knees suddenly on accident and said quitly "I...I am sorry kyo-chan"he couldnt stand he had become dehydrated from the strain on maintaing chakra and scaling down that high muntain

Kyokki's face was etched with worry as she took a water bottle from the bag she had been carrying with her all day. It wasn't
cold, but it was unopened. She ziped the bag back up.

She helped him sit down and then sat next to him, handing the bottle to him

"You okay?"

She put a hand on his back, her eyes uncertian.
