Kaname was walking out of a fight, again. His Kekkei Genkai hasn't worn off yet. He was covered in blood, and cuts. It wasn't an ordinary, everyday fight. It was a fight with katanas, murder, jutsus, everything you could think of. So he was limping around everywhere with a blood trail behind him. He sat down, his back on a tree. "I'm lucky I came out of there alive...I could have easily died out there..." He thought. His vision got a bit blurrier. He hoped he wouldn't faint, and luckily he didn't just then.

Hishime slowly cracked an eye open. A strange rustle in the bushes had woken her up. Too loud for a rabbit, and it didn’t sound like a deer either. Slowly, the young sat up right, a few leafs falling out of her hair as she did so. Her hair was messy, and her clothes dirty. Her night on the hard ground hadn’t done her any good. Carefully raising her hand, she whipped a bit of mud from her pale cheek. Then, rubbed her tired eyes.
The rustles got louder, and definitely footsteps were heard. The young kunoichi stared at the bushes. A tall boy stepped out. His hair as dark as coal, and his eyes a gentle blue color. Blood dripping from his body, something that was hard to miss. Hishime was positive the boy was wounded. She thought for a moment. She was a medic-nin, so wasn’t it her duty to help him? But, on the other side, she didn’t know him at all.
Suddenly, the boy came to a stop, leaned against a tree and let himself slide down. The young shinobi blinked. It wasn’t hard for Hishime to see that he was dizzy, and soon would black out. She’d now decided what to do.
In one smooth movement, she’d dragged herself back on her feet, and brushed the dirt off of her clothing. Carefully, she set a step forward, to see how the figure would respond. No reaction. She didn’t know if he’d attack or not if she came close, but she didn’t have much choice anymore. She continued her steps, and came to a stop a few feet in front of the injured boy.
“It would be stupid to ask you if you are okay, because you definitely aren’t. So I’ll ask you this; do you need or want help?” She asked the boy, her voice not cold, but not kind either.

Kaname closed his eyes when he saw Hishime. He directed his Kekkei Genkai, a.k.a. Spike Body Jutsu towards her direction. When he heard what Hishime had to say he had barely any energy left. "Yes...I need....hel..p..." He said with some of the last energy he had. "I don't care who she is...or what she's doing here....I just hope...she can heal me." He thought. He opened his eyes and saw Hishime. He kept his eyes open to see what she was going to do, just in case. He couldn't trust anyone.

Her lips curled into a small smile. “Don’t worry, I’ll take care of you.” She said, her voice soft and kind.
Noticing he barely had any energy left, the young kunoichi quickly knelt down next to the boy. She gently placed a hand on his cheek and caressed his skin with her thumb for a few seconds. “What’s your name?” She asked. Hishime slowly moved her hand down his neck and came to a stop at his shoulder. She muttered something inaudible, and a greenish glow surrounded her hand.
“What happened to you?” The kunoichi asked after a few minutes of an uncomfortable silence. A somewhat worried tone was in her voice. This mostly happened to her when she had to help someone. A strange feeling in her chest would appear, awakening some kind of motherly emotions. She still found it odd, but was used to it after all the times she’d felt it.
The wounds on his shoulder had already healed for the most part. She gently moved her hand down, slowly starting to work on the cuts on his right arm.

Kaname laughed softly. "My name is Kaname Kyuukaze...you might know...my brother Katsu..." He said. His Kekkei Genkai wore off, and his skin went back to normal. Even more cuts were visible on his arms and legs. "I was in a huge fight...with 3 people.....it was really brutal." He said quietly. He didn't want to faint on her. He remembered the really crazy parts that anyone could have died if they weren't paying attention. He put his hand over his mouth and coughed up some blood. "I hate this...so much..." He thought.

Hishime slowly nodded her head. “Yes, I’ve met Katsu before. He’s a very nice guy.” She said. While she continued to listen to his story, she had already started working on his other arm.
“Fights can be very brutal. I’ve been in enough fights myself to know true fear and pain.” Hishime told the boy. “By the way, my name’s Hi--” Before she could even finish her sentence, she was cut off by the boy’s coughing.
She stared at him for a moment, biting her lower lip slightly. Coughing up blood definitely wasn’t a good sign. She had to handle quickly, no doubt. And she had to do this right, otherwise Kaname would get in serious trouble.
With her left hand, she reached for the hand he’d used to cover his mouth, and gently took it.
“Try to relax.” She said. Her voice a little less soft, and bloody serious. Carefully, she placed his hand on his stomach. “Don’t move, Kaname-san.”
Now she had a free hand, she could and had to use it for extra powerful healing. Placing her hand on top on top of her other hand, she took a deep breath. The glow became brighter and larger, healing the wounds faster than before. The bad thing was, Hishime couldn’t do this for a long time, it already was tiring and hard.

"I'll try not to move..." Kaname said. It's hard for Kaname not to move when he's sitting. "You were going to say your name?" He asked. He tried not to move his jaw so much. He felt his heart beating slower and he felt dizzy again. "Oh jeez I hope I don't faint on her..." He thought faintly. He didn't want to faint on her at all. But if he was healed then he fainted, he wouldn't mind as much. He finally suprised that a medic nin saw him all bloody.

‘You were going to say your name?’ The boy asked.
Hishime turned her head to look at him. She smiled at him, the green glow reflecting in her eyes. She didn’t reply right away. The bright glow of chakra seemed to die down, becoming less bright, and less big. The young shinobi quickly looked back at the wounds again. She could feel her energy slowly being sucked out of her. It was only slightly visible on her face.
Carefully taking quick glances at his face, her lips formed another smile. She noticed that the boy was starting to feel dizzy again, and her smile disappeared.
“Kaname-san, just a little longer..” As she spoke, her voice wasn’t fully clear anymore. “I’m sorry.” She continued. “I’m not the best medic-nin there is.” She couldn’t help it to give a small, short laugh.
Hishime took a deep breath. Unfortunately, she was already starting to feel tired, but only slightly. “As for my name..” The young woman started, another smile crossing her pale face. “I’m H-” Suddenly, the greenish chakra glow almost seemed to disappear.
“Damn it!” The girl growled angrily. She knew she was running out of chakra, but it annoyed her that it had to happen now. She hoped that it would’ve lasted longer.

Kaname grabbed her arm. "Stop healing me." He demanded. He didn't want her to lose and more of the remaining chakra she had. He stood up and he felt blood go down his leg. "Just don't worry about me." He said boldly. He felt dizzy again but he just closed his eyes so she wouldn't notice. "What's your name, for the third time?" He asked. "If she thinks Katsu is nice, then she is probably a nice person..." He thought. He wasn't completely thinking straight right now and he just wanted to know her name.

The young girl winced as Kaname grabbed her arm. She quickly pulled her arm back, her eyes shut tightly. A painful expression on her face.
“That hurts..” She mumbled quietly. She held her arm closely to her chest. Opening up her eyes again, she saw the bloodstains appearing on her white arm-warmers, on her under-arm and around the wrist area. ‘F*ck..!’ She mentally cursed to herself.
The female shinobi gulped. There was no way hiding it, no way. She sighed lightly and raised her head to look at the boy, a small smile appearing on her face.
“It is my duty to help other people.” She stated. “And you should be worried about yourself. Now, please sit down. I’m not finished yet.” Hishime still had her arm clutched to her chest as she said this, in a desperate attempt to hide the bloodstains on her clothing.
Hishime sighed again, while waiting for the boy to sit down again. “If it’s really that important to you. My name’s Hishime.” She paused for a few seconds. “My last name’s not important..”

Kaname noticed the blood on her and he looked at his hand. There wasn't any blood on his hand so he was a bit confused. "I want to stand up, I don't want to sit back down." He thought. "If its your duty to help other people, then why are you helping me?" He asked. Now he was a tiny bit mad, but not too mad to just walk away from her. "I usually give out my full name, but I don't care." He thought. He sat back down just like Hishime said. He felt dizzy again, but this time he fainted.

A small sigh came from her lips. She had lowered her arm a little bit, and stared at the bloodstains. It was stinging, but she tried to ignore the pain. Unfortunately, the fabric was sticking to the wounds. This caused moving her arm to be quite painful.
A small smile appeared on her face as Kaname sat down, like she’d asked him to. She didn’t look at him, just stared at her arm.
“I’m helping you because you’re one of them.” She said quietly. “And I want to help you..” Slowly, she lifted her head to look at Kaname. “Kaname-san..?” She placed her left, unwounded hand on her shoulder. “Kaname?”
Getting no reaction form the boy, she sighed lightly, quietly cursing to herself. She knew it’d be better to continue healing him when he was awake instead of healing him when he was unconscious. She guessed she just had to wait until he’d wake up again. Her gaze moved back to her arm again. A slightly sad expression appeared on her face.

*2 hours later*
Kaname woke up from fainting. At first he couldn't remember what happened. But then when he looked at himself, he was still sort of bloody. "Now I remember..." He thought. His head was pounding from a headache. "Hey Hishime, are you there?" He asked. He couldn't see her and he knew if he looked up the headache would be worse. Other thoughts came to his head, like where his brother was and if Hishime left him. All he had to do was wait and see if she would respond to him.

“Where are you? Damn it! Stop hiding already!!” An angry male voice came from the hallway. “I said stop hiding, you damned brat!” A small figure pressed her cold body even more against the blue colored wall. Her head buried in her knees. Her small body shivering.
“Where the hell are you?! Just wait till I find you!” The familiar voice became louder and louder. Soon footsteps were heard. The door of the small room swung open. A tall man stood in the doorway. Sweat dripping from his forehead. His eyes full of anger.
The young girl slowly raised her head, glancing at the man. More tears started to roll down her pale cheeks. “F-father..” She whispered. “I didn’t do anything, I swe--” Before she could finish her sentence, she was already cut off. “Shut up!!”
Hishime lightly bit her lowerlip as she remembered some of her past. Her arm-warmer laid next to her, covered with her own blood. Her face was buried in her lap. She held her injured arm in her hand so it wouldn’t touch anything. A small drop of blood fell on the ground, right under her arm.
‘Hishime, are you there?’ The young girl looked up as she heard the boy’s voice. “Yea..” She mumbled quietly in reply. “I’m here.” She sighed lightly, taking a glance at the many scars on her arm and wrist. A few of them were still bleeding.

"Get in here!!" The young ninja yelled and kicked Kaname in. There were two other ninjas there already with utensils to make a permanent mark. Kaname stood up and his hands were tied together. Katsu was being held hostage right in front of him. "Its either A, if you hurt us your brother dies. Or B, we put a permanent mark on your back." The young ninja said. Kaname was crying since he didn't know what to do. "Just give me the permanent mark..." He said quietly. When they were putting the permanent mark on his back his spine hurt.
Kaname started shivering. He accidently activated his Kekkei Genkai in his anger. He stood up and started walking. "I'm going to find them and kill them..." He said to himself.
