"Sorry for the sudden appearence, I just can't stand seeing my brother all cut up and bloody. Its not his fault he gets in so many fights..." Katsu said and shivered. "I wonder if Kaname told Hishime that day. They seem like they were talking when I saw them." He thought.
Kaname was happy that Katsu randomly showed up. "I'm happy to see you again, Katsu." He said. "Hopefully everything will go more smoothly now since he's here. He knows what has happened..." He thought. He knew that his brother was healing him the whole time, his healing was strong since he had a lot of chakra to use.

Hishime gave a small smile. “Yeah, I’m sorry, I couldn’t do much for him.” She said. She truly felt sorry, she wished she could have done more for Kaname. She was a medic-nin, but her healing wasn’t that strong at all. She mentally cursed to herself, slightly annoyed.
Her gaze moved back to Kaname. The young girl sat back down in front of him, placing her hand on his knee. “Anyway, I just meant, that you have that chance, and I know you have the strength and the willpower to change.” She whispered softly, her lips curled into another small smile.

"Its okay, Hishime. This kid has survived tough fights and healed on his own. He's strong, but I know he want to be his normal self." Katsu said. He hoped she would understand what his last sentence meant. "Yeah, Kaname already told her. I could tell just by what she said to him." He thought.
Kaname felt Hishime's hand on his knee. "I'll try and change. Its hard though, usually no one that I know is around me to help me change my mind on some things. Like getting into fights, I just want to stop that. Its getting too out of control." He said. "I just hope people can help." He thought.

Hishime raised her head, looking up at Katsu. She smiled at him, nodding her head in reply. She turned her attention back to Kaname. “Katsu also said it, you’re strong. I’m completely sure that you can do it.” She paused again, slowly taking her hand off of Kaname’s knee and shoving some hair out of her face. It didn’t help much, it just fell back in her face again, covering her left eye like usual.
“But, to be honest, maybe you should have a little more fate in yourself. Like I said before, you have to believe in yourself to reach that goal.” She said. “And I told you that I want to help you, but you also have to give it your all.”

Katsu just leaned on the tree. He also kept quiet and just listened. In a way, he thought he was eavesdropping, but he actually wasn't. It wasn't his time to talk. Right after Hishime finished talking, he had to ask Kaname. "Hey bro, did you tell her about that day...?" He asked. Kaname nodded. "I just need help right now, thats all." He said. When he heard Katsu ask him that, he was a bit suprised that he would ask. There was a bit of a silence. "Yes, I did tell her..." He said. He stared at the ground, not wanting to say anything more.

‘Hey bro, did you tell her about that day?’ Katsu asked after she’d finished her sentence. She was surprised. Wasn’t Kaname allowed to tell others? And according to Kaname’s reaction, it seemed like she wasn’t supposed to know about what happened that day.
There was an awkward silence. Hishime glanced at Katsu, the expression on her face showing that she was slightly confused. “If it’s supposed to be kept secret, I promise you that I won’t tell anyone about it. Why would I anyway? Noone has to know.” She said, biting her lowerlip slightly while waiting for a reaction.

"Its not supposed to be a secret, its only supposed to be told if someone questions something. Its rarely told though." Kaname said. "You're lucky I told you, since you wanted to know..." His hair covered his eyes and he moved them out of his eyes.
"Yeah, its okay Hishime." Katsu said. "You're lucky Kaname told you, its hard for us to say...I can't ever say it. I always start shaking." He explained. "Ever since that day...I don't get how they got us. We had them too...ever since then..." He thought and started shaking a bit.

Hishime looked up at Katsu, a worried expression on her face. There was a strange tone in his voice, she hadn’t heard it before, it confused her. “Katsu? Are you okay?” She asked. She noticed that he had started shaking, just like Kaname did when he was telling her that story.
“Memories can seem to haunt you..” She started, standing up slowly, placing her hands on her hips, her gaze locked on the ground. “And it may be painful to think about what happened in the past..” There was a short silence. “But it’s what makes us stronger.”

"Not if we kill who gave us those memories." Kaname said. He cracked his knuckles. "Even though I'm not ready to fight yet..." He thought. "No, Kaname. That's just pointless, you'll gain nothing from that." Katsu explained. "And yeah, I'm fine." He said. He stopped shaking right when she asked that. "And I guess your trying to help Kaname, Hishime." He said. "How come you're here anyway, Katsu?" Kaname asked. "I'm suprised you asked. I was just wondering around, village to village, trying to meet new people, and seeing if anyone is hurt. The usual..." Katsu said.

Hishime sighed in annoyance. She knelt back down in front of Kaname, slowly shaking her head. She lifted her hand, carefully taking his chin to make him look at her. “No. Killing is not the only option, Kaname.” She said, her voice not as kind as before. She knew that Kaname found it hard to think in a different way, but it was starting to annoy her.
She listened carefully to what Katsu had to say. “Yeah..” She muttered quietly to answer his question. She let go of Kaname and stood back up again, but still kept her gaze directed at him.
Hishime sighed. “Man, I feel like a mother.” She said, a small smile crossed her face. “Even though I’m younger than both of you.” She added, sweatdropping. She knew that she looked older than she was, so she didn’t know what their reaction would be. The truth was that she was 15, but people were often mistaking her for a 17 year old.

"Well, if you feel like a mother than stop repeating yourself." Katsu said, not trying to be mean or a know-it-all. "I think Kaname gets the point...right?" He said. "I think he has enough help for now...he just has to use it." He thought.
"Yeah, now I get the point." Kaname said. "I have enough help for now...I think." He thought. He hoped that he could make changes by himself, and ask people he knows for help if he's ever confused. And he hoped that the topic would change.

‘Well, if you feel like a mother then stop repeating yourself.’ Katsu said. The young girl grinned. He did have a point there, but she felt like she had to repeat herself. She knew that they both, mostly Kaname himself, found it annoying, but as long as Kaname kept saying those things, she would also have to.
“That’s exactly why I feel like a mother. I’m repeating everything.” Hishime said. “But, that’s what mothers do, don’t they? Why? To make sure her precious children will remember what she said.”
Hishime never had this kind of experience with her own mother. All she had ever done was screaming at her; telling her how stupid she was. But, even thought she hadn’t been loved by a kind and caring mother, she guessed a good mother would do that. At least, she, herself would do that. Only to carve the very important sentences into her child’s mind and memory. Of course, there was no way she could compare Kaname with her own child. But, for an unexplainable reason, she kind of felt that way. She guessed it was mostly because she knew what he was going through, and understood what it felt like. The young kunoichi seemed to space out for a moment. It was like she was sinking into her thoughts. Her head dropped, her gaze seemed locked onto the ground. Her arms hung limply to her sides. It was almost like someone or something had just hit her ‘Power Off’ button, without having anyone notice.
It was kind of odd for her to say something like that. ‘I feel like a mother.’ That sentence seemed to bore right into her brain. Why had she said that? Was it because she really did feel like a mother? Or was it because of that little incident in the past, that sometimes would still haunt her? Her heart skipped a beat. She felt something strange happening to her eyes. What was happening? Were tears starting to come up? If so, she definitely could not allow them to become visible for the world. What was wrong with her? This wasn’t supposed to happen right now, and she couldn’t allow it. The more she started to think about it, the more painful it became. She just really found it odd that she had just said that. And the reason why she had replied that way to Katsu was also unclear to her.
‘I think Kaname gets the point.’ A male voice shook her out of her daze. She looked up, and for a second wondered who’s voice it was. The sight of the two shinobi cleared up her mind. The voice belonged to Katsu. Hishime mentally cursed to herself. She could only blame herself for spacing out like that. She couldn’t allow herself to do it again.
‘Right?’ The young man turned to eye his brother, waiting for a reply. ‘Yeah, now I get the point.’ This was Kaname’s answer. Something wasn’t completely right; his voice seemed slightly irritated. It was never her intention to annoy neither of the boys. She couldn’t help but feel kind of bad. But that was how she was; repeat, repeat and repeat. And there was no way changing it. Most people found her very annoying. Mostly because of this unfortunate habit of hers. She was actually glad these men were acting nice towards her. Wait. Maybe it really was just ‘acting’. A wave of sadness immediately started to take over her mind. She couldn’t show it, no way, she couldn’t allow herself to show others what she truly felt inside. The young girl faked a smile, it looked exactly like her usual little smile. Since she has met Kaname, almost half of all her smiles had been fake. She had to do it every day, so no one would notice anything.
“Yeah, I’ll shut up for now.” Hishime said. She crossed her arms, covering up her chest. She had to do that a lot. The clothing she was wearing was so thin and torn up that the body parts she wanted to cover up so badly, had become slightly visible. “It’s getting quite tiring, anyway.”
(OOC: I was going to add only a tiny, little thing. But I think I got kinda carried away. More that 700 words! Ha! That's to make up for all the other short posts. =P)
