Ichi was traveling around, and he wanted to go into the Cloud Village. He got there and was suprised how it looked. Definately different from the Sound Village. He walked around the place, not making eye contact with anyone just in case if there was any danger. I don't think I'm going to meet anyone new here.

Haruka, who was still on the unplanned vacation her sensei had sent her on, sighed deeply as she walked down the street from her hotel. Tucking her hands behind her head boredly, she closed her eyes as she strolled. No one in Cloud seemed very open or friendly. The only person she had met here in the last week was Sasunari, who was more social than most.
Opening her eyes, something out of place caught her eye. A sound ninja headband. She blinked as she examined the wearer. It was a boy, around her teenage age group. He seemed rather bored, just as she was. Figuring he couldn't be much more unfriendly than the people of the village, she approached him. "Hey, another outsider, eh?" she said as friendily as she could.

Ichi saw the girl walking. She was looking at him. He felt a bit weird. "I guess you can call me that..." He replied. He knew he was an outsider, but he didn't really like being called that. But he was ok with it since it was just a person he didn't know.

"Ah, you're not alone." she said, waving her hand with a smug grin, noticing the dislike of the word in his voice. "I'm from Konaha, so i know the feeling of being in a different village." She fiddled with her own headband, which was tied to her righ arm. "And you're from the Sound, if i'm not mistaken." she said, trying to make casual conversation with this complete stranger before she introduce herself.

Ichi waved back. She seemed happy, and he didn't want to sound mean or dull. "Yup, I'm from the Sound Village." He said. He untied his headband and tied it back on since it was tight. He wondered who the girl was. He was kind of glad to see someone here, since he didn't see anyone in the village except her.

Finally seeing it fit for an introduction, she smiled. "The name's Kunimitsu Haruka!" she said, proudly, with slight bow and motion of her hand. She was surprised she was being so open to the stranger. "And may i ask you're name, good sir?" she said this with a false sense of high-class preppiness. Laughing, she fiddled with her family pendant around her neck.

"My name's Kasuke Ichi." He said calmly. He smiled and remembered about his past since he saw her pendant. He tried not to be sad or even think about it. It was too hard for him, but he could hold back his sadness. "What brings you here, Haruka?" He asked.

She rolled her eyes as her asked for her reason for being there. "My stupid sensei tricked me into thinking this was a mission." she grumbled, folding her arms across her chest. She carelessly blew her bangs away from her face, but they fell right back into there original possition. "He thought i needed a vacation, though i have no clue why he would have sent me here, of all places. No one seemed social enought to carry out a casual conversation." She looked up the street. "It's like there... robots or something..."

"Then why don't you just go back to your sensei?" Ichi asked. "Whenever my sensei did that, I just went back and wanted to do more missions." He added. Some of these people do seem like that.. "Well, some people are different then others. Maybe all of the cloud village people are like this..I'm not sure." He said. He looked around to see if anyone was watching or just walking around, but he couldnt see anyone.

"Are you kidding me?!" she exclaimed with much frustration in her voice, "He's got the ninja here making sure that i actually chill out and dont leave till the end of the week." She huffed a long held breath. "I've had one ninja, Sasunari, coming by my hotel room everyday making sure that i have an activity for the day!" She felt like ripping her hair out.

"Woah." Ichi said. He had a  expression on his face. "It must feel like your in a cage..." He said. He was suprised how frustrated she was with this 'mission'. I would just leave if I was her...luckily she cant hear my thoughts! He said in his mind. "So...what do you do around here?" He asked curiously. |

"Yeah, no duh i feel like i'm in a cage..." she sighed, trying to regain her surfacing temper. The last thing she wanted was to scare her first conversation here away. "Well, i've just been sneaking to a spot just outside the village limits to this cool water spring i found." She answered in a 'not really all that excited' tone. She just wanted to go home, see her friends, maybe get some ramen at the ever famous bar.

"Well, at least you have something to do." He said. "I've just been traveling around new villages since I've been stuck at the Sound Village for 16 years. Its nice to see new places and meet new people." He said in a happy tone. It can get really boring at the sound village too... He thought.

"It's not really much..." she mumbled. "I'm just so ready to get out of here... two more days... thank God..." she rubed the bridge of her nose between her two fingers. Her familia grin reappeared on her face as she tried to shake off her scroogey attitude. "Traveling is fun, I have to admit." she said with a chimelike laugh to her voice. "I've only been to Suna and Kiri before this... It's interesting.

"Well, at least you can leave soon." Ichi said. "I've actually only gone to Konoha for the Chuunin exams...I might have been to other places with some missions, I can't totally remember." He added. He was tired from standing up so he sat down. "Sorry, I'm tired from running here, that's why I'm sitting." He said calmly.
