Kyo looked at Aino sternly. "Aino," she said. "That is no food for a little girl to eat. Do you know how bad that is for your health? If you wanna become a great ninja, you need to eat healthy! At least order the kids size burger and fries, please." Kyo sniffed indignantly, turning to Kria. "Kria, can I get a XXX Vitamin Water to drink, please?," she asked. Kria nodded, smiling at Kyo's little lecture to the little one.
Kria took the orders, hesitating when she was going to write down Aino's. Kyo noticed her hesitation. "She's having the kids sized," Kyo said, winking. She could only imagine Aino's distaste, but she really couldn't care, as long as the little girl got her rightful portion size. "What would you two like to drink?," Kria asked.

aino gasped and gaped at kyo. she slumped in her seat "oh.. no... feeling weak." she fell over and whispered. "must regain strength. get me a burger as big as my head... and a doctor pepper please."
kakuta chuckled. he'd give the girl a steak later if his hunting went well. "i'll have myself a water thank you."

Kyo's eyes widened, feeling stunned by Aino's show....Though she couldn't take it. "Give her the big kids burger!," she said to Kria softly. Kria nodded and whizzed off through a door to deliver the order to the chef.
She was back momentarily with the drink, setting down ice-cold beverages before all the people at the table. "Need anything else, just give me a yell!" She said, and went to go chat with some otther waitresses at a booth in the corner while wrapping sliverware in napkins.

kakuta gulped down his drink in seconds. he was going to have to get out of the village right after this. he liked that he made a new friend even though it was right before he left. so he didn't want to sit there looking at his drink being all awkward. he turned his face up to kyo. "so what do you like about this place the most?"
aino crawled onto kakuta and was sitting upright in his lap. she started to sip on her drink. then also asked kyo a question. "why is my drink more ice then soda? i was thinking i'd have some ice with my soda not a cup of ice with a little bit of soda."

Kyo smiled a soft smile as she thought about her home, the Leaf village. "I like the atmosphere here," she said. "I grew up here, and I just love discovering things that I discovered when i was little. My family moved to Suna when I was 10, and then my parents died.....And then just about a year ago me and my siblings moved back here, to live in our old house. It needed a bit of fixing up, though, but that took no time at all!" She smiled as she recalled all of the times she had in this village. "Besides, it's quite hot in Suna, and I prefer the weather here in Konoha."
Kyo reddened slightly as Aino questioned her about the drinks. "Well....," she started, feeling embarrassed. "I always like to have a lot of ice in my drinks, and then suck on all the ice cubes...It's a weird thing I like to do, and I guess Kria gave us all our drinks the way I like it..."

kakuta listened to kyo talking. taking in how she changed as she spoke. he concentrated energy to his left hand. crystals began to form on his hand. he sighed "well i have no love for my home. it is a terrible place that i have no problem with staying away from forever." he grabbed aino's drink with his right hand. "to have a place to covet such as this that is nice." he downed all of aino's soda in one go. he lifted his left hand that was now very flashy covered in crystals to make sure he caught the waitresses attention. "can you give us a refill and not so much ice next time." he smacked his lips. "her drink is quite nice ithink i'll have one of these instead of a water."
aino looked at him as if he had done something to warrant him a place in hell. she grumbled. "well there wont be as much ice next time right?"

Kyo blinked a couple times as Kakuta's hand was covered in pretty crystals. "Ooooo...," she said. Kyo had a reputation for liking glittery things. "How glittery-ish! How'd you do that?"
Kria was over there the second Kakuta raised his hand. She was a seasoned waitress, she always kept a close eye on the level of liquid left in the drinks. "Sure, I'll be right back!," she said, smiling and scooping up the two empty glasses and disappearing through a set of double doors.
Kyo's was still nearly full. She suddenly noticed that she was thirsty, and took a long sip from her glass. She fished out an ice cube, and popped it in her mouth.
Kria was back with the drinks, and set them down in front of Kakuta and Aino, with a lot less ice in them this time. She also carried a tray with the food on it, setting down Kyo's chicken wrap, Aino's burger and fries, and Kakuta's salad in front of them. "Enjoy!," she said, and walked briskly into the back.

kakuta chuckled. "these crystals are made by my clans technique." he began to grow one out of his palm until it was a foot long. he took it off and put it on the table in front of kyo. "you can have it i've got more." he winked at kyo.
he began to poke around his salad with his fork. "you know that waitress is good." he put some of the vegetables in his mouth. he chewed them for a moment and swallowed. "you know she really should have gotten that huge burger it would be tasting really nice to me right now." aino giggled. but she snatched up her burger in case he stole it like he did her drink.

Kyo nodded, picking up the crystal and holding it up to the light so it sparkled. She set it down on the table, and then took a bite of her chicken wrap. 'Mmmm....,' she thought, closing her eyes. 'Perfect as always.'
Kyo smiled. "Yeah, Kria's been waitressing for a while now," she said. "I've known her for a while, she's been here since I started coming here, which was about a year and a half ago." She took another bite of her wrap, and picked up a crispy french fry, dipped it in ketchup, and popped it into her mouth. She took a sip of her drink, then repeated the whole process over again.

Kakuta said in a low voice. "some times you wished moment's like this would never end. but all good things must come to pass. for if they didn't life wouldn't go on and we would always be the same. change is for the good sometimes. . . You said you where raised in suna right? how is it there it's the my next stop in my travels." aino began to talk with her mouth full but kakuta stopped her. "thats not proper manners." she finished swallowing her food almost choking on it in the process. "your going around the world i wanna go to." kakuta knew her situation. for him to leave her behind would be inhuman. he simply nodded.

Kyo nodded. "Yeah, change is good, sometimes," she said. Kakuta then asked her about Suna. "Ehhh.....," Kyo started. "Suna's alright, I suppose. It's very hot, and I didn't enjoy that in the four years I lived there. It's overall a pretty nice place, not humid, just hot. I still prefer Konoha over Suna any day." She took another couple bites, and another sip of her drink. "Going around the world? Wow..," she said. "I'll probably never leave our lands, but I'm fine with that. I'll serve my village till the day I die, that's for sure!" Kyo smiled brightly, she was optimistic as always. She dipped another couple fries in the ketchup, then munched on them, daydreaming about nothing in particular.

kakuta finished his salad saving the onions for last. he stretched "ah that was good. i don't wanna eat and run so sense you found this place can i at least pitch in to pay for it?" aino went back to glaring at kyo. she finished her burger in seconds, ate half of kakuta's salad, stole some of kyo's fries and had 7 refills on her drink. she was still hungry. "when i go and travel the world i'll eat all kinds of new and cool cuisine." her mouth was watering at the thought of it. it was so good that she didn't notice the hurt on her hand from getting popped on it so many times for trying to eat his onions.

Kyo chewed the last of her wrap slowly. She waved her hand. "Naw, I'll get it. I didn't find the place, I knew exactly where it was," she said. Kria was at the table at once, noticing that the group was finishing up. "Anything else tonight?," she asked, smiling warmly. Kyo thought for a moment. "I'll have a mint chocolate chip ice cream, on a waffle cone," she said at last. Kria nodded. "Any last sweet treats for you two?," she asked, looking at Kakuta and Aino. "We have ice cream and a few different varieties of cheesecake." Kyo piped up. "My favorite cheesecake is the chocolate. It's awesomerificly chocolaty!"

kakuta smiled. "well you did lead us here. but if thats what you want." aino said "I'll have what she's having and i also want what ever he's having." kakuta thought for a moment. "i think i'll have a raspberry cheesecake but if you have tiramisu i'll have that." aino butted in. "i'll have the cheesecake and the tiramisu." kakuta covered her mouth to shut her up. "and a coffee to go please"

Kyo smiled. "Alrighty then!," she chirped cheerfully. Kria nodded. "So...That'll be two mint choco chip ice creams, a coffee to go, and two tiramisus?," she confirmed. She smiled slightly. "We don't normally serve tiramisu here, but since you're a friend of Kyo'a, and we have the ingredients, I can get it for you," she said. She walked briskly into the back to get the desserts.
Kyo tapped a little rhythm on the table, not impatiently, just idly. Kria soon returned. She handed Kyo and Aino their ice cream cones, and put the tiramisu down. Kyo took a lick of her cold treat, then smiled. Kria smiled wordlessly, then walked away.
