Yuo almost fell back laughing. "Yeah right, is that even possible?" Yuo asked. He walked over to Haruka and put his arm around her. "If I were to say something such as "If you want your arm in a aling again keep on going" would you listen to me?" Yuo asked. I chuckled. I knew that it was just all fun for Yuo.

"No..." she grumbled. It was true. She wouldn't have listened. "But if you guys are there, i may not freak out as much as i would without you." Her bag was crushed inbetween her and him as he wrapped an arm around her. She moved it so that she could get closer. "I just don't know why he would say we ran away... It doesn't add up..."

"Maybe he got sober, and realized that he did something he shouldn't have." Yuo said. "Then, he might have felt really bad, and lied because he didn't want to admit it." Yuo said. I nodded. "Maybe he was just looking for an excuse, maybe he did get sober." I said. Yukio nodded too. "I'd have to agree with that, I'd sure feel bad if I sold my kids...if I had any!" Yukio said.

She shook her head violently. "I doubt he could sober up in a day and tell everyone the next day that we ran off..." They were only a few short yards from the front door and Haruka stopped to calm and ready herself. "No... he couldn't do that after a year of alcohalism. He just couldn't..." She took a deep breath before going and knocking on the door.

Yuo, me, and Yukio stood back a bit, prepared if anything happened and we needed to jump in. I smiled, hoping no one would hurt me. Yuo stared at Haruka, longing to just stand by her, but this was her time, not his. He smiled a bit, hoping everything would be ok. Yukio smiled happily, thinking the same thing I was.

The door was answered by a surprisingly bleach blonde female. She was tall, due to her four inch heal, and had makeup caked on her face. "Can i help you?" she asked in a hard accent. She was definetly not from around this town. "I'm looking for the Kunimitsu residents, but i must have the wrong house..." Haruka explained. "I'm sorry..." "No, no, sugar. This is the place." the woman said with a laugh. "Please come on in." She motioned through the door. Haruka looked back at the others, "Well, are you coming? Level head, remember?" She grinned.

I scurried after her, but tripped again at the doorstep. I jumped up and quickly bowed my head. "Thank you!" I exclaimed quickly. Yuo laughed and followed behind. He smiled and bowed his head. Yukio skipped behind and did the exact same. Yuo walked over to Haruka and kept close to her again. "Level head, of course, if you can keep calm." Yuo chuckled.

She shot him a sarcastic glare. "That the whole reason you're all here..." she mumbled as they all followed the woman in. "My name's Mai Lee by the way." she said in her peppy tone. Haruka could tell she wasn't going to like this woman very much. She was far too feminine. They entered a living room like setting. It hadn't changed much since the last time Haruka had been there. The same couch, same coffee table. There was a man, sitting in the long chair, a paper held in front of his face. "Hun, we have company." He removed the paper, and there he was. Her father. The very man that caused her so much pain and suffering and guilt. She was tempted to lunge at him but she took Yuo's hand to help restrain herself. However, she hid it behind them slightly, not wanting her father to see.

"Nice to meet you." Yuo said to Mai Lee. He turned back to Haruka, and noticed that her hand gripped his. "Hey, don't stress out ok?" he whispered to her. He looked at the man sitting at the table, he immediately knew who he was, just by the way he looked. I looked up at the man sitting at the table, so he was Haruka's father, now I began to get curious. I bowed my head just like I was taught to do as a child; always bow to the man of the house.

She bit her lip as he stared at her, practially leaning on Yuo for suppose. "Can i help you, young lady?" he said calmly. She could see right through it. He knew who she was, he was just being a coward. "Don't give me that crap, father..." she grumbled. It was better than what she had wanted to say. She wanted to cuss and yell at this man. Mai Lee's hands flew to her mouth. "Shinju, you never told me you had a daughter!" she said with delight. "Actually, he has two..." Mai Lee came over and brought Haruka into a giant bear hug, crushing her against her chest. "OH I JUST KNOW WE'LL BE THE BEST OF FRIENDS!!!"

Yuo kept hanging onto Haruka's hand to keep her calm. He didn't want to explode and get hurt because of her anger. I drew back and managed to hide myself behind Yuo. "Nice to meet you sir." I said quietly. Yukio stayed close beside me, still worried about what would hapen. Yuo looked over at Haruka's father. He wanted to yell out at him, and crush him.

"Can't.... breath...." Haruka finally managed to gasp. Mai Lee released and laughed annoyingly. Haruka moved back to her possition beside Yuo. Her father's eyes narrowed. "Don't you give me that look boy.... it's disrespectful." he grumbled. "What is it you want?" he asked again, refraising the question slightly. "Just to see you and how you're getting along after you drinking problem..." Haruka snarled. "Which seems perfectly normal and find to me."

Yuo put his arm around Haruka and pulled her up against him. "And you can't talk to me like that." Yuo sneered. He already hated this man, just by the way he talked. I tugged on Yuo's sleeve. "Yuo, don't argue, I don't want you hurt." I pleaded. Yuo turned and glared at me. Hethen changed his expression so it seemed to say "I do not like him at all."

"Well, i think if that's all, we should be going..." Haruka said, trying to keep herself from blushing. Why did he have to do this in front of her father and, atleast she appeared to be, her step mom? Mai Lee sprung up. "Oh no no no.... You should stay. Hotel rates in this town are sky high. I insist you stay with us." she smiled. Haruka's father frowned, but nodded. He couldn't seem to turn down his new wifes ideas.

I tugged on Haruak's arm and shook my head. "Yuo won't be happy, he doesn't like your father!" I said to her. "Is there somewhere else he could stay? He may cause trouble here!" I asked. Yuo stood, glaring at Haruka's father. He already despised him, just by his appearance and cruel manner. Yukio stood, watching.
